GELLI PLATE MONO PRINTING

Do you have a Gelli Plate and are looking to get started in using it?

This one day workshop will introduce you to a variety of techniques using urban objects such as washers, old tools, keys, etc as well as botanical flowers and leaves.

We will also explore transfer techniques using magazines and wax drawing, together with layering and over printing you will the opportunity to make your own stencil/mask designs.

If you’ve never printed before this technique will get you started and can be easily used at home. If you’re experienced in other print methods this technique will provide you with another mixed media process. 

Cost to include paper and paint. Bring your own Gelli Plate. 

We have some 10x10cm plates for you to trial and a range of other sizes
Bring along your own Gelli Plate if you want to use that as well
