For the last twelve years, printmaker Veronica Calarco, has been making baskets from her (and other printmakers) discarded prints. When she started, Veronica only meant to make a few but twelve years later she has made over 1000 baskets and created many different installations using the baskets.

For the first time, over two days, Veronica will run a basket making workshop, demonstrating how to make and develop the baskets and playing with how basket making can be one way to upcycle your prints.

No previous experience is required for this workshop.

Basic materials will be provided, however you may wish to bring along a selection of old / reject artwork to personalise your creation.
