Relief collagraph

Come and try a very free form and immediate way of making prints.

Using card as a printing plate, we will investigate a range of tools and cutting techniques to produce textured and weathered effects.

We can then move on to shaping the plates and layering them to make crisp and beautiful coloured images.

Even if you have done collagraph before this is a great introduction to the Environmount board we keep in stock which can be treated in collagraph way but also used as a very good drypoint base

You will aslo have an introduction to setting up the press, preparing paper and inking techniques
