Cancellations and refunds
We keep our workshop places to a maximum of 6, to offer the best experience to all participants. Our cancellation policy ensures that this is possible while remaining financially viable.
Therefore full refunds are offered at our discretion and can only be guaranteed for cancellations made at least 3 weeks in advance, and only if we are able to fill your place. If less notice than 3 weeks is given, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
- 3 weeks+ – full refund if place is filled
- Less than 3 weeks – no refund
Transferring to another workshop is only possible with 3+ weeks’ notice and if we are able to fill your original booked place.
It is therefore important to let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a workshop so that we can do our best to fill your place.
Two weeks’ notice will be given by SPW if we have to cancel a workshop due to insufficient numbers and a full refund will be offered to all booked participants.
If we have to cancel at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given to all booked participants.
