Cancellations and refunds

We keep our workshop places to a small maximum number (usually 8), to offer the best experience to all participants. Our cancellation policy ensures that this is possible while remaining financially viable.

Therefore refunds* are only guaranteed for any workshop cancellation if we are able to fill your place; or offered at our discretion due to exceptional circumstances.

We make every effort to find a replacement participant for any cancelled booking, however, we require advance notice of at least 3 weeks to have the best chance of doing so.

If less than 3 weeks’ notice is given, we are not always in a position to attempt to fill your place.

It is therefore important to let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a workshop.

* These refunds will incur a £5.00 administration fee and the payment processing fee paid by SPW for the original order.

A minimum of two weeks’ notice will be given by SPW if we have to cancel a workshop due to insufficient numbers and a full refund will then be given to all booked participants.

If we have to cancel at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given to all booked participants if they are unable to participate on a rescheduled date.
