Regional Partners

MiniPrint Cymru | Wales is a collaborative initiative designed to support and celebrate artistic talent and participation in printmaking in Wales.

The initiative was created and led by Swansea Print Workshop in 2023 and in 2025/26 it now involves four regional partners representing printmaking/printmakers in the North, South, East and West regions in Wales:

Royal Cambrian Academy of Art (North)

Swansea Print Workshop (South)

Regional Print Centre (East)

Aberystwyth Printmakers (West)

MiniPrint Cymru | Wales in 2025/26 is led by Swansea Print Workshop and the Royal Cambrian Academy of Art (until August 2025), representing the South and North regions.

The ambition of MiniPrint Cymru | Wales is to create a sustainable, Wales-wide biennial event with regional partner organisations hosting the exhibition and programme on a rotational basis.

The Regional Partners encouraged artists and printmakers to get involved and submit their work for MiniPrint Cymru | Wales via CuratorSpace and we had a fantastic number of submissions. Submissions are now closed but you can view the Guidelines for future reference here.

The Partners also ran a series of community participation workshops during 2025. You can find out more about these on News & Activities.
