Rock Your Block: Road Roller + Woodcut Printmaking with visiting artist Vinita Voogd and Mo Chapman
The workshop programme includes 1.5 days preparing your printing blocks with Mo Chapman and a full printing day with Vinita Voogd on June 6 | Friday 10.00 am – 4.00pm

In this workshop you will be introduced to woodcut, preparing, transferring and carving your design onto mdf.
A fab material which is very easy to work with.
The aim will then to move on to a large format block, A1 / A2 or a smaller size of your choice in your own time.
There will be a chance to attend a further 1/2 day as a drop-in session on:
Sunday 11 May | 10 am – 1 pm before the fantastic finale day of printing using a Road Roller.
This is a workshop Vinita has done successfully many times using a small road roller to print out in the open air on large format prints.
No previous experience necessary and all materials will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE | If you are not a member, you might like to consider joining as an ordinary member for £25 and enjoy considerable savings on further workshops. Once you have joined you can book in straightaway at the reduced rate. For a two-day workshop at £170 you would pay £150. Additionally you will be able to use the workshop on open access sessions to pursue work independently.
