This is our first workshop for a while to start to explore the possibilities of our collection of wooden type.

Learn how to set up and print the type on our Columbian Press No. 349  built by Ullmer & Son  in 1853

Please Note | This initial workshop does not set out to produce a set piece of typography so come prepared to learn the basic techniques  and play around with the creative possibilities of the process.

Once you have done the workshop it will make it possible for you to come in and use the type in open access sessions.
