Very sadly, we lost Alan Figg, a great friend, teacher and a director of Swansea Print Workshop in February this year.
Collectively known as ‘The Figgies’, Gill and Alan could always be relied upon for words of encouragement and practical action as well as a treasure trove of stories about Swansea folk. Alan had been a director of the Workshop for 17 years and was an invaluable volunteer in all our activities.
We have taken the opportunity to celebrate his printmaking life on Swansea Printmakers, our digital exhibition site.
